Operations manager

We are currently seeking new colleagues for our operations department. The role involves ensuring that our lifts are running smoothly, including daily lift inspections and maintenance. You will support lift staff and other departments during the day with mountain maintenance tasks, lunch breaks, etc. The positions offer a high degree of freedom under responsibility, where order, problem solving, and technical knowledge are key.

As an operations manager, you will work in a broad capacity and in close collaboration with, above all, the ski patrol, lift personnel, and operations manager/site manager. Previous experience in similar roles and completion of SLAO’s mechanic training or similar is advantageous. As the facility is small, simpler caretaker tasks may also be required.

The position could be combined with the position of ski patrol officer.
