Our Wärdshus has 150 seats, full liquor license, and is beautifully located right next to the slopes. We serve lunch and coffee and are open certain evenings during the week for events such as carving evenings, pizza nights, après-ski, and theme dinners.

We are now looking for:
Chefs
We want you to have a keen interest in food and drink and want to be involved in creating taste experiences for our guests.
As a chef, you will be involved in ordering and planning, but your main tasks will be preparing and cooking food, baking pastries, making sandwiches, and preparing soups. You will also support the rest of the restaurant team as needed. As we are a small, family-run ski resort, you need to be unpretentious and a team player. We primarily work with Swedish and locally produced ingredients.
We would like you to have good experience in the profession and in handling food and hygiene in the kitchen. We are a small, close-knit team where the right person also has the opportunity to influence the menu and concept.
The employment period for all positions is from mid-December to the end of April.

Dining room and kitchen assistant
You will work with most aspects of restaurant operations, including preparing snacks and sandwiches, serving lunch/dinner, mixing drinks, working at the cash register, cleaning/washing dishes, and assisting in the kitchen as needed.
You are unpretentious and go the extra mile to create a good atmosphere for our guests. It is an advantage if you have experience of restaurant work, have previously worked in a café, or have upper secondary education with a focus on restaurants and food.
