With ski-in/ski-out location
Imagine a place where you open the door of your motorhome or caravan and step straight onto the best ski trails and slopes in northern Dalarna.
At the foot of the mountain, we offer a number of spacious parking spaces, perfect for motorhome/caravan owners who want skiing and nature experiences within easy reach.
Our parking spaces have access to electricity (16A) and amenities such as toilets, showers, and kitchenettes are available in the nearby service building. Latrine emptying is easily accessible next to the service building.
The pitches are approx. 6×8 meters. We allow longer motorhomes/caravans on some drop-in pitches.
The winter season runs from December 21 to April 12. Possible arrival and departure days are marked in bold in the calendar. Fjätervålen is located in northern Dalarna, about 30 minutes by car from Idre.

Summer and fall in the mountains
Our campsites welcome you during the summer as well. Discover the tranquility and proximity to the mountains and nature while staying at our campsites at the foot of the mountains.
During your stay, you have access to our service building with showers, toilets, and kitchenettes. There is also the option of convenient latrine emptying.
Please note that the restaurant is closed during this period, but our convenience store is open 24 hours a day, all year round.
