Weeks 1-17, we offer 4 days of group ski school, Monday-Thursday, 75 minutes per lesson, SEK 1,150/person.
During Christmas week 2024, we offer group ski school on December 23, 25-26 (3 days), SEK 920/person.
Please read below to find out what prior knowledge is required to participate in our groups. Please note that the age range for participating in our groups is between 4 and 12 years. Feel free to book a private lesson for younger or older children. Read more here
For a group lesson to take place, there must be at least three registered participants. If we only have 2 registered participants in a group, the group lesson will be canceled and you will receive a refund.
Skiing for 4-5 year olds
Level 1
Prerequisites: No previous experience required.
We have fun on skis and learn everything from scratch. We learn how to brake, turn, and adjust our speed.
Level 2
Prerequisites: I can turn in both directions on green slopes and I can use different button lifts.
During the week, we learn to ski more parallel so that we can ski in a controlled manner and have fun on the blue slopes too. We practice technique, balance, and explore exciting terrain in the mountains.
Snow Stars 6-8 years old
Level 1
Prerequisites: No prior knowledge is required.
We have fun on skis and learn everything from the basics. We learn how to brake, turn, and adjust our speed. No prior knowledge is required.
Level 2
Prerequisites: I can turn in both directions on green slopes and I can use different button lifts.
During the week, we learn to ski more parallel so that we can ski in a controlled manner and have fun on the blue slopes too. We practice technique, balance, and explore exciting terrain in the mountains.
Level 3
Prerequisites: I can mostly turn parallel on blue slopes and can do a parallel stop.
Together, we will learn to increase our speed, ski steeper slopes, and embark on exciting adventures in more uneven terrain.
Skirockers 9-12 years
Level 1
Prerequisites: No prior knowledge is required.
We have fun on skis and learn everything from scratch. We learn how to brake, turn, and adjust our speed. No prior knowledge is required.
Level 2
Prerequisites: I can turn in both directions on green slopes and can use various button lifts.
We learn to ski more parallel so that we can ski in a controlled manner and have fun on the blue slopes. We become more confident on skis by practicing our balance, developing our turns, and feeling the slope.
Level 3
Prerequisites: I can turn mostly parallel on blue slopes and can do a parallel stop.
Together, we learn to increase our speed, ski steeper slopes, and embark on exciting adventures in more uneven terrain.
Level 4
Prerequisites: I can safely and at high speed turn parallel on red slopes.
We ski and have fun all over the mountain. Together we will find adventures. In level 4, you will learn to use the right technique and tactics to develop and challenge yourself. We will refine your skiing technique using various methods. Here we ski so fast that smoke comes off our skis.
