Sports vacation in Fjätervålen means lots of fun and games on the slopes and trails.
Here, you can really relax and enjoy yourself. We rarely have lift lines, and the wilderness and mountain ranges are right on your doorstep.
We offer fantastic skiing and are also home to Dalarna’s highest ski slope, Örnen, at 1002 meters above sea level. The little ones can start in our children’s area, Pingvinen, where you will also find a slow button lift that is perfect for learning to ski.
Become a better skier during the break! Our experienced instructors give you, young and old alike, the opportunity to learn and develop on both skis and snowboards. You can choose whether you want to learn in a group with others at the same level or privately with your own coach.
Children up to 7 years old with helmets ski for free on our slopes, and children up to 15 years old ski for free on our cross-country trails.
CHILDREN’S FAVORITES
Children’s area at Pingvinen: Suitable for the youngest children and a slow button lift that is ideal for learning to ski.
Bobrace: Gather your family or friends and compete against each other. We have some snow racers from Stiga. You can also bring your own snow racer. Bring a helmet (mandatory). Book online or at Skidshopen.
Fjäten Cup: Challenge yourself or each other in this week’s slalom race. Everyone can participate, and Valle himself is always there, of course. Book online or at Skidshopen.
Valle’s cross-country race: Go cross-country skiing with Valle. Everyone can participate, and everyone gets a prize. Book online or at Skidshopen.
Picnic at the barbecue hut: Bring a picnic and take a trip to our cozy barbecue hut, about 700 m from the facility. You can also walk along our winter trail next to the cross-country tracks.

During the week, there will be ski tests, bobsled races, Valles cross-country races, and more.
